Dear Customers, in order to complete the root cause investigation on the power fault we experienced last Friday night, we are planning to remove the faulty breakers from our automatic switches in our datacenter. We will proceed to switch the computer room load onto UPS for 1-2 minutes, just in time to remove the components from the cabinets. The operations will not involve any risk, but we believe it’s important to warn you that we’ll proceed starting from 12AM. All our technicians will be in place and ready, should anything go not as expected. Thanks for your patience and cooperation.
