Dear Customers,
During the last few weeks we identified a software bug on our network equipment that caused random packet loss. To ensure stability of the infrastructure and fix this issue we need to update the firmware of our infrastructure switches.
Meanwhile, we will upgrade all gateway nodes that require a reboot. Consequently, all virtual routers will be migrated out during the maintenance to minimize downtime of your infrastructure up to a maximum downtime impact of 15 minutes, due to the migrating process.
During the maintenance you may experience a random packet loss.

January 24th, 2019
00.0 – 08.00 CEST (UTC +2) -> Update network equipment in IT-MIL1 region
January 25th, 2019
00.00 – 08.00 CEST (UTC +2) -> Update network equipment in IT-MIL1 region
February 12th, 2019
00.00 – 06.00 CEST (UTC +2) -> Update network equipment in NL-AMS1 region
